There will be absolutely no refunds on digital download items (this includes digital stamps, classes, and instructional videos/booklets).
DIGITAL STAMPS/FILES TOUs
You may not share the digital files. Please be fair, this is our family's means of supporting ourselves, sharing files is the same as stealing. Giving away your login and password to our site to download your digital files you’ve purchased IS ALSO stealing, please simply refer your friends, colorists, and the like to where they can purchase their own copies of our digital dowloads.
We are asking that you please abide by those rules. You may not use them to distribute (includes printing out the images for others) as part of a class; instructional or recreational.
You may not use the files to create products for sale or fabrics for sale, or fabrics for use to sell already sewn items. The files are not for commercial use or creating seamless files to sell for fabric making or any other type of seamless files for sale.
You MAY use the stamps to sell your crafty hand made items. Not to be mass produced, but single or up to 50 of the same cards/craft items.
If it seems shady, please don't do it. I know this sounds silly, maybe harsh, but please trust that I have had quite a few hard knocks from not being clear on our TOUs.
They are mainly for personal use, your cousin, your neighbor across the way, students, neighborhood kids and such do not fall under personal use. Again, please keep it as a personal use item. Of course you MAY absolutely print them out for your household kids and spouse to color and enjoy!
